Variance Request of Dimitry Okraynets

Lackawaxen Township Zoning Hearing Board will be holding a public hearing on October 18, 2021 at 5:00pm. Hearing will be held at the Township Municipal Bldg., 169 Urban Road, Hawley.  The hearing is to consider Dimitry Okraynets request for a variance of his property located at 195 Cottonwood Dr., Hawley, Pike County Tax ID# 009.03-1-09.  The variance is for a reduction of required maximum lot coverage permitted density as set in Section 407.V.  All interested Township residents and property owners are invited to attend the public hearing.
